5 first steps how to get new ideas.
Dear Flower LoverHow are you?
I get so many times the questions how do
you get your new ideas/ inspiration?
Hereby my answers;
A: Taking care of my physical condition
1) Do exercises bicycling, walking, swimming
2) Enough sleep, 8 hours
3) Eating healthy food – 3 meals a day.
Inclusive drinking plenty of water.
B: Taking care of my mental condition
4) Starting my day quietly sitting on my
balcony, 10 minutes breaching in and out
thank the universe for the new day and
setting my goals for that day.
5)Finising my day with chanting the
heart sutra, count my blessings of today
When my mental and physical condition is good
then my inspiration is flowing~~~~~~~
