3 Secret steps I make to create NEW ideas.
Dear Flower LoversCreating new ideas is a process and a state of being.
Only when my physical and mental condition is in top
condition I can OPEN my self to create new ideas.
Hereby the 3 secret steps how I make new ideas.
1) Visualization – Imagination thinking about what can
I make. For what purpose, occasion, budget, materials ect.
For example; My last arrangement for the DFPD lesson- I like
to use Prunus branches in combination with rainbow color flowers.
2) Making simple drawings/sketches and or making a mood board.
3) Try it out – make mini sample and see how it looks/feels.
Start making the object and while making take some distance and
look at it from a different angle/ take photos of the process
make and remake repeat remake till you feel YES this is it!!!
New design is born and you feel very happy. Don’t give up.

5 first steps how to get new ideas.
Dear Flower LoverHow are you?
I get so many times the questions how do
you get your new ideas/ inspiration?
Hereby my answers;
A: Taking care of my physical condition
1) Do exercises bicycling, walking, swimming
2) Enough sleep, 8 hours
3) Eating healthy food – 3 meals a day.
Inclusive drinking plenty of water.
B: Taking care of my mental condition
4) Starting my day quietly sitting on my
balcony, 10 minutes breaching in and out
thank the universe for the new day and
setting my goals for that day.
5)Finising my day with chanting the
heart sutra, count my blessings of today
When my mental and physical condition is good
then my inspiration is flowing~~~~~~~

Energy power from Hydrangea
Dear Flower LoverThe Hydrangea has the most energy from all flowers. How to share energy :
1) scrube your hands until they become warm
2) place your hands above the Hydrangea flower
3) Breathe in with you left hand
4) Breathe out with your right hand. While you are breathing in you get and by breaching out you give the energy. This way you sharing the great energy and will feel freshly restored. Please give it a try and let me know how you feel.
